47 min tai chi and 13 AT this morning.  And I’ve always said if you can’t remember the url, the web address of the Professor’s video, just Google it.  I watched a student of mine do that and he got to a site with a copy of the video and the first thing that happened was it locked up his computer and crashed it!  The site was the top of the search list and was loaded with viruses and malware.

I would suggest that if you can’t type in the url letter for letter, go to the tai chi page on this website, paste the url I have there into your browser and go directly there. It appears to still be safe.
