Got 48 min tai chi, 9 min of Alexander Technique laydown and crawling. Much of my attention at first was to pains from a callus on my left heel, and a sore tongue. The latter was helped when I started paying better attention to tongue to roof of mouth in my standing in Preparation.
Which leads to the question of whether the direction to keep the tongue on the roof of the mouth means just behind the teeth or on the soft palate. I do know opinions vary among teachers about the tongue location from, “it’s not very important” to, “it’s the only constant.” I haven’t asked as much about location.
My current plan is to practice, see what turns up.
