Got 47 min of tai chi this morning and 8 min of Alexander Technique. This is my normal maximum practice and the tai chi is 7-8 min CMC form, 10 min standing in preparation, 10 min Wu Dang rock walk, 5 min each side circle hands (the one Aedh said cleared up his carpal tunnel–a variation of cloud hands), 2 min da lu, 2 min wall squat and 5 min sword. And a few minutes AT constructive rest and some crawling. Very pleasant, and enough!
