As I said I was going to do, on cloud hands, I practiced. What I concluded, or suspect, is that it makes my back really hurt! I can do the form and some non-twisting exercises, but I have a bad scoliosis that is collapsing, and I don’t need to help it do that.
So, after a couple days of not doing any such things, I believe I will go back to 5 min each side of circle hands for the carpal tunnel syndrome or whatever RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury,) the doctors would label it.
