TAI CHI, MOBILE, 2.1.15, Minimum practice

Good night’s sleep last night, 7 hrs instead of 5 or 6, but with someplace to go, that made for short practice time. Got 6 minutes of tai chi, 2 min each of CMC form and sword and 2 min of wall squat. I’m 1 1/2 inches lower than the first last month and only 25″ to go to a full squat!  Aedh said it took him a year to get it. I’ve said 2 min was my minimum practice, but it looks like it may turn out to be 6 min.
