Alexander Technique New Orleans 3.6.15

Well all the ducks are in a row.  I’ve got a room and written a note for Lisa introducing myself.  She says new students continue to contact her, so it should be a go.  Guess I’ll include the intro at the end of this post.  I think I better plan to start on March 18 rather than next week to give myself to get a chance to meet the owner of the building and get a key.

HELLO NEW ORLEANS!

My name is Al Warsh, and I am an AmSAT certified teacher living in Mobile.  Lisa Lutton has been asking me if I would be available to help out over there, so I will be teaching Wednesday mornings at the Uptown Holistic Center in Lisa’s old room.  I will be there from 8 to 1 each Wed.I have been studying the Technique since 1975 and have been teaching since 2002. What I love about the teaching Alexander Technique is working with people who want better for themselves and I are willing to do something about it.

I know Lisa because I have been taking lessons from her every Tuesday since 2011.  When I started with her, I hurt when I stood, walked, or sat.  Even though I have a really bad back, she has got me to basically pain free, and I remain that way since she left.
